Look out for flocks of colourful vasa parrots in the skies above the forests. On nearby Aldabra Atoll, observe some the largest and oldest tortoises in the world. These gentle giants can weigh up to 250 kilograms, grow up to 1.5 metres long, and live up to 150 years old.
